His work focuses especially on empowering minority and immigrant communities and exploring the role of culture in the future of creative economies.

Cassidy is also an experienced Irish musician and storyteller who has been promoting Irish culture in Finland for over 20 years. Under his leadership, Oulu has grown into a significant center of Irish culture in the Nordic countries.

A folk musician, music educator, and cultural producer whose work blends tradition, community, and experimentation. Osmo Hakosalo also explores new instrumental possibilities of the kantele, merging ancient playing traditions with modern music technology.
