Behind the Village Anthems Website and Podcasts

Mika Oulu is a visual artist, cultural economist, and community developer from Oulu, Finland. He has designed and built the Village Anthems website and logo, and serves as the host for the project’s podcasts. Mika holds two master’s degrees in the fields of culture and art, and his work combines artistic expression, research, and community empowerment.
He is particularly interested in the role of art within minority communities, the development of cultural economies, and the potential of art to promote human and societal well-being.
